La Cour de Flaubert is fully air-conditioned. It brings together La Charretterie and Le Gustave, with up to 25 sleeping places and 8 bedrooms, so a group can stay together while retaining two independent cottages.

After an outing or a warm day outdoors, guests can return to cooled living spaces. The configuration offers shared areas for spending time together as well as separate accommodation for rest.

Comfort for a family gathering or friends’ weekend

La Cour combines:

• up to 25 sleeping places and 8 bedrooms;
• living spaces for the group;
• terraces and outdoor areas;
• pool tables, Bonzini table football, pétanque and darts;
• full air conditioning across the two cottages.

It is our reference option for a larger group that puts air conditioning high on its list of requirements.

Le Gîte d’Emma: fully air-conditioned

Emma is also fully air-conditioned. This smaller cottage accommodates up to 4 guests and has a private hot tub, a terrace and an enclosed garden.

Air conditioning covers both living and sleeping spaces. Emma can be booked on its own or as part of a larger configuration that includes it, such as Les Dépendances for 24 guests.

The hot tub belongs to Emma only. Adding Emma to a group booking does not make the other cottages fully air-conditioned.

Le Bovary: air conditioning on the ground floor

Le Bovary accommodates up to 8 guests and has air conditioning on the ground floor. Its lounge and dining area provide a cooled shared space during warmer days.

It also has two terraces and outdoor areas for enjoying the evening. Ground-floor air conditioning should not be understood as air conditioning in every bedroom or throughout the house.

Why consider summer comfort when booking?

For a family reunion, birthday or holiday with friends, living areas see frequent use. Air conditioning can make these shared spaces more comfortable during a warm spell and may be an important choice for your group.

Discuss the exact cottages and rooms you plan to reserve. The presence of air conditioning in some accommodation does not mean that the entire estate has the same equipment.

Choose your cottage near Rouen

The estate is in the Andelle valley, with an indicative drive of around 25 minutes from Rouen depending on the route and traffic. The five cottages together offer up to 49 sleeping places in several possible configurations.

The 49-guest capacity is not a promise of 49 air-conditioned sleeping places. For a group prioritising full air conditioning, ask about La Cour and its 25-guest configuration. For a smaller stay, Emma provides another fully air-conditioned option.
