La Cour de Flaubert: accommodation for 25 guests

La Cour brings together two spacious holiday homes: La Charretterie, sleeping up to 15 in five bedrooms, and Le Gustave, sleeping up to 10 in three bedrooms. Together, they accommodate up to 25 guests in eight bedrooms.

Its main advantage is a straightforward arrangement: your group stays in two houses around the same courtyard. This makes La Cour a practical option for birthdays, family reunions, groups of friends, associations, clubs and hen or stag weekends.

Both houses are fully air-conditioned. On-site leisure facilities include billiards, Bonzini table football, darts, table tennis, pétanque, terraces and barbecues, depending on the spaces included in your booking.

Starting price: €1,490 for two nights, including linen and end-of-stay cleaning. At full occupancy with 25 guests, that works out at €59.60 per person for the two nights, or less than €30 per person per night.

Les Dépendances du Flaubert: up to 24 guests across three cottages

Les Dépendances comprises three independent holiday homes:

• Le Flaubert: up to 12 guests in four bedrooms.
• Le Bovary: up to eight guests in four bedrooms.
• Le Gîte d’Emma: up to four guests in one bedroom, with a private two-person hot tub.

Together, they accommodate up to 24 guests in nine bedrooms.

What about a group of 20?

Book Le Bovary and Le Flaubert together for 20 sleeping places in eight bedrooms. This option does not include Emma or its private hot tub.

Les Dépendances is particularly useful when participants want more independence: families, couples, different generations or smaller groups can have their own space while staying on the same estate.

Emma offers a more intimate setting, with a private hot tub reserved for the guests staying in that cottage.

Starting price for the 24-guest option: €1,590 for two nights, including linen and end-of-stay cleaning. At full occupancy, that is €66.25 per person for the two nights.

Which option should you choose?

For 25 guests looking for a simple arrangement across two fully air-conditioned houses, we generally recommend La Cour de Flaubert.

For up to 24 guests who want more separate spaces, an extra bedroom and Emma’s private hot tub, consider Les Dépendances du Flaubert.

Both options let your group share one location while staying in several holiday homes. For a larger group, explore exclusive use of the whole estate for up to 49 guests.

These capacities refer to overnight accommodation. Meal arrangements, day visitors and event requirements should be discussed with us in advance. Booking part of the accommodation does not give exclusive use of the whole estate.

On-site activities for your weekend

A stay at Les Gîtes de Flaubert does not have to involve an outside activity at every moment. Across the estate, facilities include four billiard tables, four Bonzini table football tables, two pétanque courts, table tennis and darts, as well as terraces and barbecues.

Facilities vary between cottages: use the equipment belonging to the accommodation you have booked. These shared moments can be part of a family reunion, birthday, hen or stag weekend, association trip or break with friends.

Near Rouen, with access from Paris

The cottages are in Morville-le-Héron, Seine-Maritime, in Normandy’s Andelle valley. Rouen is around 25 minutes away. Driving time from Paris depends on your starting point, route and traffic.

Questions before choosing your accommodation

Are linen and cleaning included?

Yes. The starting prices quoted include linen and end-of-stay cleaning. Tourist tax and external services cost extra. The exact price and availability must be confirmed for your dates.

Does La Cour include a hot tub?

No. The private two-person hot tub is in Emma. Emma is included in Les Dépendances for 24 guests and in the whole-estate option, but not in La Cour or Les Dépendances for 20 guests.

How many bedrooms are there?

La Cour has eight bedrooms for up to 25 guests. Les Dépendances has eight bedrooms for 20 guests, or nine bedrooms for 24 guests when Emma is included.
